Returns/Exchanges For Online Purchases

REDi Sports want you to be satisfied with every purchase.

If you are not happy, you may return them within 30 days of shipment for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund the items must be returned in a as new condition with no marks or obvious wear.

This means they must not have been worn for any activity other than trying on. The refund will be to the card used for the original purchase.

Additional shipping fees are not refundable. If in our opinion you used your items before returning but are not happy with them we want to help you find something that does work for you. In this case, your return will qualify for a REDi Sport Gift Card. The Gift Card is set at 100% of your purchase price with no expiration date.
