Terms and Conditions when purchasing items through REDi-apparel.com
REDi Sport is a wholly owned brand and trading name of REDi Apparel Limited.
A description of goods can be found on the product pages of the Website.
Prices include all applicable taxes.
All prices or offers can vary and may only be available for limited periods. All items are subject to availability.
Amendments or complete withdrawals of items are at our discretion.
We are all human, so despite our best efforts, some of items listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced.
If we notice an error in the price of your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
You will then have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
REDi Sport is not obligated to sell incorrectly priced goods at the incorrect price.
The Contract for goods between you and REDi Sport
After placing your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement.
This does not mean that your order has been accepted.
All orders are subject to acceptance by REDi Sport.
We will let you know that your order has been accepted and
when your order has been processed and is ready for delivery by REDi Sport.
Once we accept your order, a contract to purchase the goods takes effect between you and REDi Sport.
The contract only relates to those goods listed in the confirmation email.
You will not be charged before your order has been processed and is ready for delivery.
On receipt of your order, REDi Sport will create an authorisation.
This will show on your bank statement (called a reservation of funds) which allocates the money to your order,
this will not be taken as payment by REDi Sport until your order has been picked and processed.
If we are not able to fulfil your order we will immediately request that your bank cancels the authorisation.
If the amount still shows on your online bank statement after several days, please contact your bank to request that they act upon our cancellation of the payment.
Data protection and privacy
Any personal information provided to us will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Method of payment
REDi Sport uses an external, secure payment portal and you may use most debit cards, credit cards and electronic payment methods to purchase your goods. A full list of acceptable payment methods can be seen on the basket / check out page.
Delivery
Delivery costs are currently at a flat rate within the UK, if this changes prior to these Ts&Cs are updated, there will be full information at check out for any additional cost to the displayed price and this may vary depending on the delivery service you select, the country of delivery and the quantity/weight of goods ordered.
UK delivery charges will be confirmed to you, before your order is accepted.
For delivery outside the UK please contact us for details.
Please note we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Split delivery
REDi Sport may split the delivery of your order into 2 or more parcels based on stock availability or quantity.
There will be no additional charge for this method of delivery.
Cancellation period for online purchases
Your statutory rights give you 14 days from the date of delivery of your purchase(s) to notify us of a cancellation, and another 14 days from the date of notification to return the unwanted purchase(s), so you have 28 days after the day on which the items are delivered to you (or someone receives the items for you) to change your mind and return the items.
If your order consists of multiple items or parts which are delivered on different days, then the cancellation period (in respect of your whole order) ends on the day 28 days after the day on which the last of the items or parts are delivered to you (or a person you have nominated to receive the order).
